We suggest you put down your suitcases for a week or more in this magnificent new chalet, available for winter and summer rental, in the village of Côte-d'Arbroz, just 6 km from the internationally renowned resort of Morzine. The first lifts in the Portes du Soleil ski area are just 4 km away. With a surface area of 160 m2 spread over three levels, this south-facing chalet offers exceptional mountain views. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten people, six adults and four children. The chalet is accessed via a spacious ground-floor entrance with ski room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a spacious double bedroom with bathroom and toilet. On the 1st floor, you'll find a large living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a loggia and south-facing terrace. A guest toilet completes this level. The sleeping area is located on the top floor, with a double bedroom with balcony, bathroom and WC, another double bedroom also opening onto the balcony, as well as a children's dormitory with 4 bunk beds, and a large bathroom with WC. For your comfort and security, the apartment is equipped with underfloor heating with automatic thermostat control, and aluminum roller shutters. Covered and outdoor parking spaces are available. From the Col de l'Encrenaz, 4 km from the chalet, you can ski the slopes of Mont Chéry (Les Gets and Portes du Soleil ski area), which is reached by the Col de l'Encrenaz chairlift. You can also ski down to the village of Les Gets and then take the gondola back up. You can also take advantage of the slopes in Morzine, 6 km away. In summer, make the most of this little corner of paradise, full of natural treasures, for hiking, trail running or cycling !
